CUSTOMER SERVICE + PHOTO LAB PRODUCTION

Customer Service Rock Star:

• Collaborate with guests on their printing and imaging projects. Each guest has a special story; bringing them to life is a very rewarding experience. Examples of how you will assist clients include:
• Help guests make photo prints from images on their mobile device.
• Take-in orders for film processing, digitizing video tapes and restoring old photos.
• Assist guests with creating large prints, wall décor and creative products.
• Handle unique requests.

Production Guru:

• Learn print production techniques, along with various other lab and creative tasks.
• Use photo management and editing software to prepare files and print.
• Execute product creation, packaging and quality control.

You Are:

• Proactive to a fault. You are a member of the "Get Stuff Done" Club.
• A happy "people-person". Positive attitude is required.
• Well-spoken, capable of multi-tasking and learning new skills, as well as able to keep up with the latest technologies.
• Our ideal candidate is passionate about quality, accuracy and communication.
• This role requires someone that is driven and versatile.

With Mad "Rock Star Level" Skills:

• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printing, design and/or photography is preferred.
• Good color sensitivity is a must.
• Bonus skills: Adobe Photoshop and/or film processing experience
