Hassle Free Returns In-Store Purchases

We want to be your trusted source for photographic gear by delivering the best advice, service and convenience, at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us help you with a replacement, return or repair as applicable.

Return & Exchange Period

7 days for cameras, electronics, and optics.

15 days for other products.

robis Lakewood Camera reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns for the following

Items that show use, wear or damage Software – exchanged only if defective Special Orders, Sensitized goods (film & paper), Chemistry, Software, Non-rechargeable batteries – exchanged only if defective, Shipping Charges unless the error is ours - US orders only

What’s needed to make your return

Original sales receipt

Original credit card for credit card purchases

All boxes, packing material, cords, cables, caps, batteries as originally packaged with warranty cards blank and intact – missing items or items showing any sign of use will be subject to a restocking charge.

Return Of Shipping Fees

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, our cost of all shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is the result of a robis Lakewood Camera error, we'll refund return shipping costs as well.

Restocking Charge

A 15% fee may be assessed on returns not meeting these requirements if accepted for return.

How we make Refunds

Credit card refunds can only be made to the original purchaser on the card number used. Cash refunds will be made up to $50, for amounts in excess, a check refund will be processed. Debit card refunds are legally treated as cash transaction refunds. Check refunds will be processed after funds are confirmed.

Defective Policy

Defective products may be subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Defective merchandise accepted for return may be exchanged within a thirty (14) day period if all packaging, equipment and warranty cards are returned in factory fresh condition. WARRANTY CARDS MUST REMAIN BLANK AND INTACT and SOFTWARE UNOPENED otherwise the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. Defective policy does not cover damage of any kind, including but not limited to moisture, liquid damage, sand or impact. Manufacturer's determination will prevail on all warranty items.

Unclaimed Orders

robis Lakewood Camera will not hold orders for pickup for any longer than 120 days, including orders with original prints or film. We will attempt to contact you however if no attempt to pick up is made we will dispose of unclaimed photofinishing. Unpaid photofinishing will remain as an unpaid bill, and is subject to collection. Unclaimed photofinishing is not eligible for refund and does not imply or express any liability on the part of robis Lakewood Camera or Robi’s Quik Color Lab, Inc.
